For me I find a huge amount of therapy is reading other peoples stories and talking with those that have been through the process. Sometimes it is hard to talk about and I totally feel a loss for words...but I find HUGE comfort in those that I don't have to explain everything too. They just get it because they have walked in my shoes.
Love the picture honey! Very appropriate. Your dad and I are there to support you and walk with you through every step of the storm. We were there for your first steps and will continue on this journey with you and Justin.
